A high beat, body sculpting experience that blends Pilates, strength, and movement. These classes are designed to leave you feeling energized, empowered, and deeply connected to your strength.

Sculpt is your go-to class to strengthen and define from head to toe. Aerobics mixed with Pilates-inspired moves with various props such as weights, resistance bands and more. Expect upbeat music, lots of encouragement, and a fun flow that helps you find your Zen while feeling strong, sweaty and unstoppable.

We ask that you arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to settle in. For safety reasons, late arrivals may not be admitted.
