This program is the perfect balance of education and experience, equipping you with the tools to deepen your personal practice while preparing you to confidently guide others in safe, effective, and empowering classes.

Our 100- plus hour Mat Pilates & Sculpt Teacher Training is designed to give you a well-rounded education, blending observation, instruction, practice, and personal study:
20 Observation Hours – Shadow instructors to study pacing, cueing, and client engagement in a real class setting.
50 In-person & Study Hours – Dive into guided lessons covering Pilates and Sculpt techniques, anatomy, class sequencing, modifications, and professional teaching standards.
40 Self-Practice Hours – Deepen your personal practice and build movement confidence, with half of these hours completed at Zen Wellness Studio.
3 Practice Teaching Hours– Step into the role of instructor by leading supervised classes and receiving real-time feedback to sharpen your teaching presence.
By the end of the program, you'll have the knowledge, hands-on experience, and personal practice needed to teach confidently and inspire every client in the room.

This training is an intensive program that requires your full commitment to all six days of in-person learning and practice. Attendance is essential for certification, as each session builds upon the previous one. Please review the training dates carefully before enrolling to ensure you can fully participate. To ensure the best learning experience and readiness for teaching, participants should:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have a solid personal practice in Mat Pilates and Sculpt — a minimum of 6–12 months is recommended.
Be physically able to safely perform Mat Pilates and Sculpt exercises.
Have a basic understanding of anatomy and body mechanics (helpful but not required).
Be committed to attending all six training days and completing all required observation, self-practice, and study hours.
Show up with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to grow as a teacher.

All six training days are mandatory. This is a progressive program and each session builds on the last.
This training program spans 90 days. All required observation hours, self-practice hours, assignments, and program requirements must be completed and submitted within 90 days of the first day of training. Failure to meet this deadline may result in delayed certification or additional requirements at the discretion of the training team.
A test out is required at the end of the program to receive your certificate.
If you do not pass your initial test out, one retest will be scheduled within 2–3 weeks at no additional cost. Failure to pass, attend, or schedule your retest will require a $100 fee before a second retest can be scheduled. No exceptions.
All payments are non-refundable, including early bird and payment plan enrollments.

Classical mat Pilates repertoire
Cueing techniques for proper form and alignment
Modifications and progressions for all levels
Practice teaching: leading short sequences
DAY 3
Sculpt Techniques & Strength Integration
Safe use of light weights, bands, and props
Building strength-based sequences
Music and timing for sculpt classes
Practice teaching sculpt combinations
DAY 4
Class formats & flow
Designing full-length Pilates and Sculpt classes
Warm-up, peak, and cool-down sequencing
Transitions: how to keep classes smooth and engaging
Practice teaching: creating mini-classes
DAY 5
Teaching Skills & Client Management
Voice, presence, and inclusive language
Client engagement: motivation, safety, and hands-on (or verbal) corrections
Emergency procedures and professional boundaries
